How do I apply?
When we have internship openings, you will find them along with the job openings. You apply as it was a job opening, in the same form. You will be reviewed and you will be contacted if there is an interest in your candidacy.
We receive a very high volume of applications and may not be able to get back to everyone personally.

What are the basic eligibility requirements to apply for an internship/co-op?
You must be a current student in a relevant program and school. You should be actively working toward your undergraduate or advanced degree.

Where are student and new grad opportunities located?

What time of the year do you hire interns and new grads?
We hire year-round based on our hiring needs.

Do you have non-technical opportunities for students and new grads?
Yes. To some extent, depending on our need. Review our posted opportunities for a complete list of our technical and non-technical roles.

What do interns/co-ops work on?
Interns and co-ops have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. We generally work towards improving everything.
We aim to match students with projects that fit their area of interest and experience, and our journey forward.
We expect our students to perform at excellence, just like all our employees.

What degree programs do you hire from?
Preferred backgrounds for technical roles include, but are not limited to: Automotive Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing.

For our non-technical roles we prefer backgrounds (but are not limited) to: Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales.

Do interns/co-ops get hired back full time?
Yes. Based on our needs and the student’s over time proven performance we have  interns and co-ops who return full time.
