Josephine Winger Lang
Q: How long have you been working for Koenigsegg?
A: “Almost 7 years”
Q: Where are you from and how did you end up, where you are at in Koenigsegg?
A: I’m born and raised about 100 km from Ängelholm and when I finished high school I studied Radio and Media production in Båstad, located just just 20 minutes from the Koenigsegg factory. I worked with media production and as a radio host for some years and when my temp position at the radio in Båstad ended, I was unemployed.
At the same time Halldora von Koenigsegg needed a nice person to work with her, as an assistant. It actually was a coincidence that I ended up at Koenigsegg. I had no previous experience of the work I do today.
Q: What do you do at the company?
A: My work covers a various forms of administration in our office department e.g. accounts, etc. I also manage the Koenigsegg Lifestyle/Gear web shop.
Q: What is the most challenging part of your work.
A: A day at Koenigsegg offers me a very wide range of tasks and challenges, some of them are easy and some of them need work to figure out how to solve them. For me it´s important to try to be finished at the end of the day, and minimizing backlogs. Who knows what challenges tomorrow has to offer!
Q: What do you like most about working at Koenigsegg?
A: This goes along with the most challenging part. To make everyday start, sometimes with a mess and during the day, finish and complete everything as far as possible and in the best way. My days never looks the same, and I get to learn new things every day, that´s what I love about my job at Koenigsegg.
